The largest hemorrhage measures 1.9 x 1.3 cm in the right frontal white matter. There are also FLAIR hyperintensities in both frontal and parietal lobes, indicative of non-hemorrhagic contusions. The findings suggest a Grade III Diffuse Axonal Injury, a severe form of brain trauma involving bleeding and damage to the brain's axons.
